About Suzanne Rehmani:
Suzanne M. Rehmani is a partner of Kring & Chung's Business & Corporate Department. She is also the primary partner in the firm for matters involving Estate Planning, Wealth Planning, Probate, Conservatorships and Guardianships. She has been an attorney since 1992, practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, business, corporate, transactional, entity formation, employment and civil litigation. In addition, she is also able to counsel clients on business entity formation and tax-related issues, including corporations, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships, business entity planning, real estate transactions, secured transactions, property ownership planning agreements and transactional agreements, including buy/sell agreements and securities issuances.
